Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We have a 2 days return notification policy for clothing items or accessories, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return. (Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.) Items then must be returned within 7 days of the date your return request is approved.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s). Fit2BeFree LLC is not liable for any returned packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our warehouse.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved or denied. If approved,  Clothing and/or Fitness accessory returns will be refunded via store credit or exchanged for another size if available.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take a picture of the damaged item and email nfo@drink2shrinkfit2befreejuice.com. with clear attached photos. You have 2days to sends to request a return or exchange.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food Juices, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds/Cancellation 
You have 12 hours from when the order is placed to request a cancellation. This will prevent if a juice the Drink/Shrink Fit2BeFree Juice order is a juice from being wasted, packaged, and shipped off for delivery.  All juices are made once order is received and this will prevent the Drink/Shrink Fit2BeFree Juice from having to be discarded. If you fail to cancel your order within the 12hour time frame your refund will NOT be granted. If you are buying clothes or accessories You have 12 hours from when the order is placed to request a cancellation. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
